Bistro Rosa restaurant sells grilled fish of all kinds such as sea bass, turbot, monkfish, Dover sole and lemon sole. We are also experts in cooking lobsters in all sorts of ways such as termidor, grilled, Italian and many more as well as being specialists in creating hot or cold seafood platters.

We get all of our vegetables and salads locally and the majority of our potatoes are Jersey Royals. We order a lot of local fish, lobsters and scallops fresh from the Fish Market and even directly from the fishermen. Our restaurant was opened in 2007 and our business has grown thanks to word of mouth from our customers who love our food and keep coming back for more!

Hidden on the left at the entrance of St Helier’s fish market is the small restaurant Bistro Rosa. An absolute gem. A tiny kitchen provides some of the best fish cooking to be found anywhere.

Fresh fish, simply cooked and presented is a rare treat these days. No fussy sauces or weird ingredients. Let food speak for itself, the local ingredients are treated with respect, the results are delicious. The staff are courteous and friendly. The chef/owner does all the cooking and in the confines of the tiny kitchen produces wonderful food. Excellent wine selections. Highly recommended.
